Chef Timothy Hollingsworth is an award-winning chef and restaurateur known for his creative, approachable cuisine that blends classic techniques with bold flavors. Born in Houston, texas and raised in Placerville, California, Timothy began his career at The French Laundry, where he rose to the role of chef de cuisine and won the prestigious Bocuse d’Or “Best Young Chef” award for Team USA in 2009. In 2012, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his own ventures, eventually opening Otium in 2015—a celebrated restaurant that became a staple of Bunker Hill for nearly a decade.
Beyond the kitchen, Timothy has appeared as a judge on PBS's The Great American Recipe and competed on Netflix’s The Final Table. He is also the co-founder of Chain, an elevated dining concept inspired by nostalgic fast food, created in partnership with actor B.J. Novak. A family man, Timothy draws inspiration from his Texas roots, his mother’s cherished recipes, and his wife Caroline’s Levantine heritage, bringing those influences to life as he cooks for their four children.
